Click & Collect For ACT Customers.
To use our Click & Collect service please read the following instruction and then click on the link below to be taken to Online Appliance Spares.
Desktop Users:
- Create an account by clicking “Create an Account” on the top right of the page.
- Please include a mobile phone number if you would like an SMS when your parts are ready to pick up. An email will also be sent.
- Select the brand of your appliance from the list on the left.
- Select your type and model and select the parts you require.
- Place the parts in your cart ( you may see a postage charge in your shopping cart, please ignore this) and proceed through to the checkout.
- In the checkout you will have Postage options, if you have an ACT postcode one of the options will be “Click & Collect”, select this option and proceed to the payment screen.
- After the checkout process is complete you will receive an SMS and/or an email to confirm your order. You will then receive an SMS and/or an email when your order is ready for collection.
Mobile Users
- Create an account by clicking “Menu” on the top left and then click “My Account” – Click “Continue” under “New Customer”
- Please include a mobile phone number if you would like an SMS when your parts are ready to pick up. An email will also be sent.
- After your account is created click “Menu” (top left) and click “Search by brand” – Select the brand of your appliance
- Choose the type of Appliance you have – Select your model number and select the parts you require. Add your parts to the Shopping Basket ( you may see a postage charge in your shopping cart, please ignore this) and proceed through the checkout.
- In the checkout you will have Postage options, if you have an ACT postcode one of the options will be “Click & Collect”, select this option and proceed to the payment screen.
- After the checkout process is complete you will receive an SMS and/or an email to confirm your order. You will then receive an SMS and/or an email when your order is ready for collection.
