Since 1967 Mayner and Cochran has been the authorised repairer of Electrolux home products in the ACT region and is an authorised distributor of Electrolux parts.

Note: We only repair the brands listed in this dropdown box. Please do not select one of these brands and then advise that your appliance is another brand in the notes, these are the only brands we service.

If you have a Fisher & Paykel appliance we are happy to service it in our Workshop if you drop it in, we do not do Fisher & Paykel work in your home.

If you have a Smeg Appliance under manufacturers warranty your service needs to be booked in through KJ Warden. Please close this form and call KJ Warden on 02 6922 8600 to book a repair. Mayner & Cochran are unable to do Smeg repairs under manufactures warranty

If you have a Beko Appliance under manufacturers warranty your service needs to be booked in through Beko customer care. Please close this form and call Beko Customer Care on 1300 282 356 to book a repair. Beko will then forward your job to us and we will contact you to arrange a service call.

Due to circumstances beyond our control Mayner & Cochran no longer service Omega Appliances. If we have serviced your Omega Appliance out of warranty in the last 12 Months and you have an issue arising from that repair please contact us on 02 6280 6833

Extended Warranty is an extra warranty that would have been purchased separately when your appliance was purchased.

If you purchased Extended Warranty it will be covered by a third party warranty provider, not the manufacturer of the appliance.

If you have an Extended Warranty please close this form and contact the Extended Warranty Provider. They will then pass on your details along with authorisation and we will contact you to arrange service.

Please Note: Our technicians can accept Master Card, Visa Card, Cash or Cheque. Upon completion of payment a receipt / tax invoice will be emailed to you by the technician.

If you are in a rental property and you own the appliance being booked please continue. If the Appliance being booked is owned by the landlord we will require a written Work Order to proceed. Please ask the Landlord or Real Estate to forward a work order to: workorders@maynerandcochran.com.au..

Please Note Our Charges

Our service call for ACT, Queanbeyan, Murrumbateman & Yass is $193, this includes up to 30 minutes labour

Additional labour, after the first 30 minutes is $45.00 per 15 minutes (or part thereof)

The travel charge for areas surrounding ACT and Queanbeyan is $3.00 per kilometre, one way only.

If you live outside the ACT / Queanbeyan area our staff will be able to give you an approximate travel charge when they ring to confirm your booking.

If your Appliance is under Manufacturers Warranty please provide the date of purchase if known. The technician will need to site a copy of the purchase invoice for warranty purposes
