Service Visit — $198
- Includes diagnosis and up to 30 minutes on-site.
- Most repairs are completed within the initial 30 minutes.
- Additional labour, if required, is charged at $45 per 15 minutes.
- If parts are needed, we will provide a quote before any repair work is carried out.
If We Need to Return With Parts
- All repair costs are confirmed before work proceeds.
- No second service call fee.
- Only the labour to install the new part is charged (minimum $45).
- Genuine replacement parts used.
Regional Travel Charges
For service calls outside Canberra and Queanbeyan, an additional travel charge of $3.00 per kilometre (one way) applies.

Workshop Fees
A $198 diagnostic and quote fee applies for workshop repairs. Additional labour is charged at $45 per 15 minutes.
